Emily’s first priority is to be a centered, loving, and aware mom and wife, as she home schools their daughter and writes on the combined topics of spirituality, parenting, relationships, health, and social issues. Emily holds a BA in Psychology, with a Minor in English, from Westminster College, Fulton, Missouri, and a Juris Doctor from St. Louis University School of Law but was never able to apply her law degree as planned, due to devastating illness. Instead, she turned inward to find unknown resiliency and depth coming out emotionally stronger and hopeful than she ever imagined. She is co-author of Conversations with God for Parents with Neale Donald Walsch and Laurie Lankins Farley, author of The Marvelous Transformation: Living Well with Autoimmune Disease, and author and illustrator of the With My Child Series of books. In addition, she enjoys writing for international publications and is a Reiki practitioner. She shares her life with her husband, Scott, daughter Sage, and nephew Rickey. They work together to create a space of peace, love, harmony, and laughter!
